It is baffling to me that some people never experience deep depression. It’s just such a prevalent thing in my life, and I’m not saying that I am depressed right now, or depressed all the time, but I am constantly aware of my capability to slip back into it. I have to be careful not to fall back…

This is exactly how I feel. It’s so nice to know I’m not alone in this.
